i am also now higher level than i ever have been before. here is the story.
one of the chanters in my guild bought it tonight (40k) and was farting around the Nexus area.
well, i was moping because my friend wasn't on so i was just being bored as hell in Paludal.
well, my friend told me to join up with a BST friend of his. well, i joined her and her group.
then said chanter showed up. he group buffed us with KEI. a druid in my guild did the same with SLD as well.
i had just hit 23 and was 3 blues in. well, within 2 hours i was 25 and a yellow into that.
that spell is INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!! my mana capacity instantly doubled. standing, i was gaining more mana than i useually do sitting.
there were 2 clerics and 1 necro in the group. the other cleric Healed. she was unnable to go oom no matter how she healed.
but i, i found a way. Word of Shawdow, Smite, Holy Might, WoS, Smite, HM, ect.
do this 10-20 times. then, THEN you will go OOM.
the group i was in had a total of more than 10 dings in the time we were there. i got 2, so did everyone else. some got 3. even though us casters had new spells waiting for us in Shawdow Haven, we did not stop. we kept fighting and fighting and fighting until KEI wore off.
never in my entire career of a cleric have i had THAT MUCH FUCKING FUN! i REALLY enjoyed AE nuking those rogues. now don't get me wrong, the nuking wasn't the thing that i enjoyed the most. it was the nuking/healing. jesus, i hardly stopped casting for the full 2.5 hrs.
and now the question. where are the #*$&ing Heal spells in the SH clerics guild? i looked ALL OVER that place. i REALLY don't wanna go to another place to get Gheal and the rez, but i will if i have to.
Other than that, you need to go elsewhere. If you can't get a port, I recommend just hitting the Gfay spire-port down, hit Felwithe, then take the spires back up.

Its oh so very nuts...and the fact that it stacks with my self mana regen buff and other self mana regen buffs i know of.
whats even more sick is when a bard nearby has that AE manasong...think that stacks as well.
And just wait till you start to get KEIs that last for 4-5 hours. With AAs and focus items, ive seen a freakin 5 hour long KEI. just insane.

KEI, SP (Bst buff) Cantata and lvl 32 mana song + class buffs all stack, lich does not.

What should you worry for? Your druids in the appropriate range for post 50 spells to effect.
Plus, I've theoried that because of it able to effect 45-, is half the reason its price is so gouged(Cause hey, you can go to Oasis/LoIO and make a mint), the other reason, its utility. It's the same as C2, GoB, and Enlightenment thrown together, with an additional 100 mana and length.
Theres really no reason it should cost as much as it does, other than greed. Same reason Everlasting Breath costs 15k. 15k isn't a justifyable price for a reagentless version of a spell thats so rarely used as it is. [ 09-17-2002: Message edited by: Skaw ]

KEI + PotG = Best Low Level Caster Plvl Shit
Regrowth + Aego + Group DS + Group ATK Buff = Best Low Level Melee Plvl Shit
KEI + PotG + Group DS + Group ATK Buff + Regrowth = Best Low Level Hybrid Plvl Shit

I think that idea pretty much went poof with the advent of MGB and group buffs. VI is just too lazy to make single target version work =)

Or they are too lazy to fix all the issues with Group Buffs Alot of stacking issues come from Group Buffs.
