Hell would be my guess.

That dragon one is one I've always seen on XP screens. The demoness one looks like Urd or Skald from "Ah! My Goddess" (always get their names confused...but that's the blonde haired sister. can tell by the facial markings).

That doesn't look like Belldandy's markings. Her forehead marking is some sort of tear.

I saw like six hours of the series about four years ago. I remember their faces, but only Belldandy's name/face combination. Urd and Skuld I remember the faces of, but the names don't place with the faces.
