I'm adopting a new kitty from the SPCA on Monday! He's so cute.. only 8 weeks old.

I'm doing a run in the Cheerios Mother Daughter Marathon for for Heart & Stroke Resarch. So i've been at the gym a lot.

Cananannananda is treating me well! Aside from the fact that i'm having a difficult time with my work visa paper work up here. The weather is gorgeous, the town is wonderful.

ImNotTrent -- Even just an e-mail that says, "I'm thinking about you." is plenty for me. It doesn't have to be a essay, or have anything at all aside from just saying Hi. If there is ever someone I really miss, or thinking about them and haven't talked to them in a while, I often times just send them a little card (if they don't have e-mail) or just a 5 second e-mail. It's amazing what that can do for your day. *smiles*

I will remember that.
