Follow D's advice. Netherbian is great exp, and exp flows so fast you won't need drugs to get high when you hit Mseru.

It's more like "Fuck those overcrowded zones full of idiots" than a declaration of territorial pride. Besides, it's very easy to solo in many of Luclin's zones.
