well, she has this cut on her arm.
pity her plz.
... and make her stop commenting about what a cool scar it will make.
i will explain soon. i don't feel like it now. neener.
is this a record?
quote:
From the book of Khyron, chapter 3, verse 16:
WUT? Something bad happin? Car wreck? WUT?
my brother was going 55 in a 35 or 40 zone (don't remember exactly what.)
early, Amber had commented about the brakes. a little later, i commented about how he was going a little fast.
then the fence to our right came up to greet us.
quote:
Kloie had this to say about (_|_):
another thing. we've owned this car for a total of two days (since wednesday.)is this a record?
Cars have been totalled leaving the dealership before, so no. Still pretty fast though
quote:
Kloie wrote, obviously thinking too hard:
i heart my junk mail.
Heh.
the boy hit a parked car once for chrissake. this is his third wreck in the past three years, and remember, he's still a teenager.
quote:
And I was all like 'Oh yeah?' and Kloie was all like:
my brother was going 55 in a 35 or 40 zone (don't remember exactly what.)early, Amber had commented about the brakes. a little later, i commented about how he was going a little fast.
then the fence to our right came up to greet us.
And your brother earns the right to be ridiculed forever about how he crashed your 2-day-old car. Years, and years, and years from now when he's all grown up (I told you, YEARS from now) and has a wife and kids (God forbid), you'll be able to tease him about it, and his kids will join in and tease daddy with Auntie Kloie about how daddy crashed a 2-day-old car by doing something st00pid.
Speaking as someone who STILL teases his cousin for wrecking two cars and a motorcycle, it's hella fun
quote:
Kloie had this to say about Reading Rainbow:
my mom has to work next week and now has no car to drive to get there. just another little note.
Look on the bright side.
At least he can't bitch about women drivers like my father does.
Considering your brother is worse than 99% of the other drivers out there.
How old was this car? I mean, was it a 2002 model?
If so, why was your brother driving it?
so it was pretty much only "new" to us.
=\
p.s. it has occured to me that what my mother meant by "$1200 down the toilet" = how much we paid for it. [ 08-16-2002: Message edited by: Kloie ]
a win win win, it sounds.
Glad you're both okay though.
And, who knows,it may indeed be a cool scar.
Had my ex trash a power mirror on a minivan that she drove by to close once...nearly $400 for a fucking mirror...
I'm sorry to hear about that, Kloie. I'm glad to hear that you're okay, and don't knock a cool scar. See the smiley! A joke! It was a joke!
We know what your mom's gonna do to deal with your brother, yet? It sounds like he should'a lost his liscense a while ago, let alone any right to drive vehicles in your family...
...only it wasn't the brake.
I accidently hit the gas and shifted just past neutral. Another quarter inch or so, and I would have been in Drive, and subsequently, jammed into the rear-end of a mini-van.
Glad to hear your okay, Kloie! Whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stonger...or soemthing.
My dad's already looking at other cars; said it'd probably cost more than what we paid for it to get the windshield and passenger-side window replaced. [ 08-16-2002: Message edited by: Kloie ]
Your insurance won't cover anything at all?

Mooj wrote this stupid crap:
Sounds like your brother owes your mom and dad 1200 bucks...
Neither will put their foot down and make him at least *try* to pay it. I'm hoping my mom will finally kick his stupid ass out. But they won't even make him pay his own damn insurance. That fence post could have gone through Amber's face instead of her window, and he doesn't seem to give much of a shit. His current plans for the future are "work at Wal-Mart". (He put his two week notice in at Homeland on Wednesday.)
And Ly, my dad put it in as long-winded terms as possible and basically rambled on for about ten minutes, but in short: we can't afford full coverage. He said the insurance company won't do squat, and that we pay for liabilities each year and that's it. I don't really know much about this stuff. =\

ACES! Another post by Lyinar Ka`Bael:
OuchYour insurance won't cover anything at all?
It's a Mustang, you wouldn't insure it for any things other than the min. unless you had an old one that was a classic. Mustangs depreciate really fast, Like once every 3-4 months.
Has your father looked into Progressive? That's the insurance company we use, and we have two cars on it for quite a reasonable price.

Man...my first accident was a whopper (totalled an 89 Corolla) but it wasn't my fault, I was alone in the car, and I STILL got a scar from it (it crossed another one on my forehead so I have a nice little X so the docs know where to start when it's time for my lobotomy).
You can afford (loosely) to be an idiot and make mistakes when you're alone in a car. You can't when you're in a car with other people. Your brother is one of those no-win cases who can't seem to get that into his skull. I hope he does get the boot so he can learn some responsibility...but I wouldn't count on it. Parents can be downright stupid about not booting dangers out of house and home.
Most of all, though, I'm glad you and MP are okay, Kloie (scratches and bruises not withstanding).

I'm so glad you and Amber are relativly unharmed.

My mom told me that even the cop said he was lucky nobody got hurt too badly. =\
I want to hurt my brother...
Should kick your brother's ass liberally.
On a side note the good thing about Mustangs, especially 87-93s, there's a plethora of parts available at good prices (just gotta know where to look). If I'm not mistaken, a few years ago when I had my Mustang a windshield would go for about $125. A '92 notch should be easy to shop for. Heck I could probably sell you the front fender off my '86 and it would fit. By the way wanna buy a 5.0 short-block? =P [ 08-28-2002: Message edited by: Laarzer ]
And about the scar: Just get it removed and tattooed over, worked great for me ^_^
thanks bunches, though.
and LAARZER, YOU NEED TO STOP VANISHING! re-appear and stay for once, dammit.
