I watched most of Dogma this afternoon on CC, and I must say I was very dissapointed! They ripped soooo much of the movie out it's not even funny. BUDDY CHRIST(Or was it Jesus? It's been a while since I watched it on tape...) WAS TAKEN OUT!!!

I mean, I can understand taking out the parts where the angel and the muse show their lack of genetailia, but I noticed a LOT of lines missing.

It makes me cry... Stupid timelimits. Cut a good movie to shreds so they have time for more commercials....

What's this thing do?
That would be sooo cool if it wasn't going to hurt us.

they also ripped out the shit demon and genderless angel scene.

So basically it was Matt Damon and Ben Affleck on a train for an hour and a half?

Oh, wait, they talked about religion in that scene, so it must have been them on a train for an hour and a half with no lines.

I saw that it was on last night, and just passed over it. I knew damn well how bad they would censor it. Couldn't bear to watch something so crippled.

I've only seen the Comedy Central version of Dogma.

I guess I should go out and rent it sometime.

At least over here if a movie has a few controversial bits in it, they're smart enough to air it at 9pm, assuming that parents here have sent their kids to bed

so I got to see Dogma not once, not twice, but three times in the last months on 3 different channels - uncensored, uncut, all the goodness there. yay.
