Rain yes, snow ain't a problem, we get that in the winter, just above 3k ft
We get like and inch here, and no one can drive, it's funny. Same with rain, they can't drive in rain.
But I take it for granted, mainly because were I lived prior to here we would get 4-6 feet of snow... *shrugs*
