...but that new Metallica and Ja Rule song has slowly grown on me.
You smell that? Do you smell that? ...Napalm, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that. I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed for twelve hours. When it was all over I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory.

You can't imitate Aerosmith and Run DMC's "Walk This Way."

You can, however, steal a page out of the play book and fumble the ball for a turnover and touchdown.

I need to work on my football metaphors.

I know this, which is why I asked. It's good to know ol' Metallica doesn't need to resort to something like this to actually sell their records these days. Walk This Way was a classic, I don't even need to hear this to know that it sucks.

Actually, it wasn't really Metallica and Ja Rule going into a studio and making a song.

Swizz Beatz went to Metallica because he wanted to have a song that would really stand out on his first solo CD. They took him into their studio and let him take a bunch of samples. Then he went and got Ja Rule to rap over them. They never actually worked together.
