Ukyo Tachibana of Samurai Shodown fame

Aoshi Shinomori from Rurouni Kenshin
Well, Ukyo with his Shinmusoh Ittoh Style quick slashes and resheathing after each strike with the Tsubame Rokuren being his most powerful attack. He has many years of experience on his side.
Aoshi on the other hand has many things going for him. He has almost defeated Himura on more than one occasion and has years of experience in the samurai field, having led the Oniwabanshu. Kodachinitouryuu as his style, and also supplements that style with Kenpo. His most powerful attack is the Kai Ten Kenbu Loku Len.
Being a HUGE Aoshi and Ukyo fan, but Aoshi being myfavourite anime char ever, I'm gonna have to go with him on this one.
VS
The next battle kinda intrigued me. Haohmaru vs. Himura Kenshin. Now, I know all you other RK fans (and even my mind) are saying, "Come on OP, wtf, Haohmaru would get creamed, like, instantly. Well...I dunno...MOST LIKELY yeah, but, there IS that chance. And yes, I understand Genjuro uses a warped form of Hiten Mitsurugi in the SS games, but we're comparing Kenshin and Haohmaru, not Kenshin and Genjuro =p
Haohmaru is the hero from the SS series and generally regarded as the biggest Badass in the series. Using Meito Fuguduku style, he fights for the good guys and has great technique and is all around just GOOD. He is the Kenshin of the SS series.
Himura Kenshin. Come on, who doesn't know him? Was the Battousai during the Japanese Civil War, killed a bunch of people, including (by accident of course) his lover Tomoe, INFRONT of her brother Enishi, but that's another story (read: RK manga). He later became a Rurouni, shedding the Battousai lifestyle, met up with everyone's favourite group and the rest is history. Regarded in the anime world as one of the most badass fighters in any series, ever. In my experience at least, in most cosplay breakrooms where everyone hangs out, many discussions take place, and the general consensus is that Kenshin can kick soandso's ass. Uses Hiten Mitsurugi style and a Sakabatou (reverse blade) sword. Meaning you won't die unless he wants you to.
Once again, I'm putting my money on Haohmaru, I'm thinking the battle would probably go like Kenshin's first battle with Aoshi kinda, Haohmaru is kinda sorta winning until Kenshin figures him out.
