Wal-mart, ahoy. I'm leaving in about a half hour, and Will be back at 5. This is my first full time job, so I'm wayyyy excited.
That MAY have something to do with getting 200 dollars (rough) a week. ^_^

Well.. I'm home. Where should I start?
Maybe the hour lunch.
Or the two 15 min paid breaks.
Or the stock options where they match 15% more then you pay.
Or where they give all associates a check in March, depending on how well the store does. Last year, our store got 750 dollars per associate. This year, they are hoping for 1000.
Or how everyone actually takes the time to greet you by name, and asks you how you are.
Or how, having worked there one day, I have health benefits, and get Blue Cross and Blue Shield after 60 days, with a not-that-large payment held from my paycheck.
Or how I get 10 % off in the salon, eye center, and the rest of the store, except for groceries. At Christmas, this goes to 20%.
Or how they are willing to work AROUND my college schedule, and let me go on vacation.
And how I will always get 32-40 hours a week, guarenteed by law.
[edit] Oh, yeah. And I can wear sandles, or whatever I want, pretty much to work. And I get 10% of my prescripts, too. And I get first crack at other jobs in the company.
