I don't know why... I'm just not. I have trouble smiling at one thing or another now. It's like everything I used to enjoy just makes me feel sadder now. It's gotten harder and harder to keep my sense of humor; everytime I think something is funny the next minute I'm thinking the joke will fall flat.

blech.. I guess all I can do is figure out why I've been feeling like someone's been stepping down hard on me with the heel of their boots.......

Any suggestions as to what I could do to curb this situation?
