If anyone on Luclin sees Uulluyen running around on the Luclin server, train him for me please

I got in the guard group, and he was the leader/main looter

He ripped us off badly, I saw some of the sutff he was looting, including serveral pieces of fine steel

He /quit'd with all the cash and I ade sure I got in charge of the group

Our druid was horrible for the first hour, here is a tidbit from him

Mind you, this was said to our puller

He had to go, and I found a cleric after /cheer'ing a bit

We owned, completely Zero deaths

And the entire time we kept getting red RED mobs, Warriors and the occasional raider from the camps down below

Those people could not hold those camps for the life of them

Dang good exp taking down a mob that hits for 75 per hit *wince*

I became the main looter, since I'm the only one I could trust not to rip us all of again

Fun was had for all, donated some bronze to the cleric to pay for the cats eye agates he was eating up to keep Symbol up on everyone, and everyone got 3 ears when I left

40pp each, not bad for a days work

Again, if you see Uulluyen, make him die for me
Mentioned it to his guild leader, with any luck they boot him

Oh, and dinged to 23, got 8 yellows total

Once more into the breach, my friends, once more. We'll close the wall with our dead. In peace, nothing so becomes a man as modesty and humility, but when the blast of war blows in our ears, then imitate the action of the tiger, summon up the blood, disguise fair nature with rage and lend the eye a terrible aspect.

I remember one time in Crushbone (Willias was level 26 back then) that Ambassador Dvinn was up and I was trying to gather up a few people so we could take him out. I invited a druid to the group, and he disbanded immediately after I and another tank in the group asked for sow. He said he didn't like grouping with people who took advantage of him.

I also remember grouping with a cleric who at level 30 was still casting Minor Healing, simply because he didn't know that there were better healing spells in game.

There are some really stupid people who play this game.

You mean like the level 30 wiz in LoIO who never heard of Meditate, let alone put a point into it?

Still not as bad as grouping with a level 30 CLERIC that casts MINOR HEALING because he doesn't have a better spell, nor knows where to buy one. Yet, he has awesome wisdom equip.

I grouped with the guy by the gnoll spires in South Karana (Again, when I was about level 26). Let's just say Minor Healing doesn't help much against gnolls. After someone complained enough the guy wen to Qeynos to try and find a better spell, after everyone gave him a few plat that is.

Edit: Forgot important details.

36 Bard, wielding Lamentation, Fungi Tunic, rest singing steel

I inquire as to why he was not playing any of his songs

"Ahah n00b, songs suck"

I met a gnome cleric in West Commons, thanksuflly only level 15, that didn't know about med

And he couldn't understand why everyone says buying stuff off ebay is stupid

I was wondering just how he had dragon loot and yet knew nothing at all, that answered it well

"You didn't buy your stuff off ebay?"
"No"
"Then how did you get it?"
"Killed stuff, got platinum, traded for it"

Then I kicked him out on the very grounds of him using ebay

I can't figure out how he got that high

I mean, a bard not casting spells, ok, maybe people just assumed he was a warrior or something

But I mean, did people not notice they were not getting healed!? For 30 levels!?

People scare me

That's why I must always be the group leader at all costs

And if I'm not, I tend to run it for the leader, heh

Person "K guys, gotta go"
Leader "OK, I'll start looking for someone"
Me "Don't bother, I already have a cleric on the way"

I miss the /disband command at times though

My EQ adventure:

I was playing a level 5 monk, uh oh, scorpions aggroed, run to Kaesora, whew, I'm safe. Booted to server list. Uh oh, can't log back into him. Turns out Kaesora is another bugged zone. (I know of two now, North Karana and Kaesora. I can't log into any characters that step into those zones. >_< ) And deleting the northkarana/kaesora files in the EQ directory doesn't work.

never had an MLer run like that. Situations like that I feel free to /ooc to HK about someone. There was a twerp named Einadin who was being an ass at one point...wanted into the group. Gets in a group and doesn't do anything. So you kick him out. He then proceeds to not once, not twice, but repeatedly over and over and over pull stuff from the Raider room up to the guard room group. Great XP til your tank dies from having three raiders pounding on him when the guard room area respawns. And I saw him do that to the guard room group three nights with three different characters of mine.

Guy's on a permanent "DO NOT ASSIST" list with the guild.

Met a Shaman once in the orc group in EC who didn't buff anyone but himself. Over and over and over he'd blow mana buffing himself. Insisted it made him a better tank than the warrior.

Some people are just nutty.

I admit it, I'm an aggro whore

If I am not being pounded by every single mob, regardless of whether I'm the main tank, I will go out of my way to insure that they are all wailing on me. I just don't feel right not having all the taunt belonging to me

Had the same prob with my SK

I find the story about the druid who didn't like giving sow's funny. I look for partners in FoB or to go into Kurn's for a bit with my lvl 10 shammy, and I always, always buff them with everything I have without being asked to do so. Yeah sure, it takes a bit of mana, but it's freaking expected of your class. You have SoW, you give SoW to every one.
What's this thing do?
That would be sooo cool if it wasn't going to hurt us.

Exactly, Beta. If the group I'm with is in a camp spot I don't routinely SOW everyone with my shaman if I'm the primary healer in the group, but the tanks always get maximum buffage. That's a Shaman's role: Buff machine, healer if no other healers are available, debuffer if no chanters are around and you can spare the mana.

I don't understand druids not wanting to sow their group mates... Being able to get away is good. The only case where I will not sow groupmates/raiders is where they could likely be feared. Like I will not sow anyone other that the pull team in Hate, but I do tell they why I won't do it and most understand.

In someplace like Highkeep or Paw or RE or numerous other places, you have to sow. People need to get away, as Lalian said. I can't understand a druid refusing to sow, or a shaman buffing *himself* and not others. That's extremely selfish on both their parts.

Hmmm.*Adds Uulluyen to his "DO NO REZ" list.*

Grouped with a guy last night in EW. We killed lots of mammoths, manticores, bunnies, and the occasional wandering giant. A few dervishes dropped some nifty stuff. During the whole night the warrior was looting everything. I diddnt really mind. I only asked to loot Mammoth meat for my baking skill. When several of us had to leave it was suggested that we random on the dagger and shoulders that dropped. I got highest roll (only 250something out of a max 800something). The dorf got 2nd highest. I asked for the dagger. Kindare , the dorf, immediatetly went into a frenzy of bitching about him not having any good stuff, and that he needs the dagger more then I do. Guys in full Lightcrawler (luclin quest, not incredible, but not horrible), has some I forget the name of which looks like a velium 2handed axe.
I eventually got my dagger and went on my way. Fairly nice Dagger, 5/20 magic. My bard will enjoy it seeing that he lacks an offhand at the moment.

When we get our page up and have the "Do NOT Assist" section, Uulluyen's name will be there.

I think the best revenge against someone like this is word of mouth. Have enough people knowing you're like this, and you'll never get a group, a guild, a raid invite, etc.
