Ok... things are a little fuzzy. What exactly is the popular consensus about the X-box version?

I have never heard of that. But I also don't have an X-Box.

Never experienced a bug before and it hasn't crashed either.

Runs extremely smooth inside. Runs at an acceptable speed outdoors. Nothing great but it doesn't fall into annoying choppiness. I'd have to guess it runs from mid to high 20s outdoors.

Indoors I can usually break 100fps, outdoors I plummet as low as 50!

I get 60-70 indoors and as low as 21 outdoors on my 1.2ghz/Ti500 setup (at 1024x786 windowed). Then again, I'm almost positive my RAM (386mb pc133) is bottlenecking me, maybe even my motherboard too (it's not a bad board, but it's got a "Lite" in the title, and that kinda scares me). But alas.

Cool. Although, I may just wait for NWN. I mean, devloper tools... Egads! Aurora Toolset will basically reshape the whole online gaming industry.
