The strangest thing has just happened. I put on my headphones, and now I am hearing a storm in them. Problem is there is absolutly nothing on to cause them to do this. Therefore I have came to the conclusion that my computer is possed. I'm scared

I have solved the problem. Apparently I left the wedsite that The_Mac posted in his thread on and hid it behind the main window. With relief knowing my machine is ghost free, I can now get on with my life.

Odd. I've gone to a different site with the window, but the sounds remain.

When I get my tinnitis maskers this week I should be hearing the ocean 24-hours a day. I've been suffering from a ringing in the ears for the last two months that's non-stop and driving me batty, so I'm getting hearing aids that instead of amplifying sound pump white noise into my ears to help drown out the ringing noise
Worst thing about this is I have no idea what caused it, I sure don't listen to loud noises or anything...

I feel for you.

Years of flying has given me intermittent tinnitis. What an annoying affliction!

Were you thinking at the time? Odds are the noises from the storm in your brain were leaking out of your ears, being accumulated in your headphones and sent back for you to hear.

Or maybe your head is just empty, like a conch shell. Those sound like the sea when you put them up to your ear.

I don't know how to be sexy. If I catch a girl looking at me and our eyes lock, I panic and open mine wider. Then I lick my lips and rub my genitals. And mouth the words "You're dead."
