Without being crass, she did it to you first.
Get a good lawyer, I expect when it comes down to it you're going to have to fight for your kids, regardless of what she's actually 'agreed' to at this moment.
Also if she's playing mindgames like this now, expect to have to badger like hell to actually get the divorce agreement signed, provided she doesn't just make you sue for divorce.
