Okay I finally got Velious. I hadn't gotten it earlier largely because I didn't have any characters of a level where going to Velious was an option. However, my shaman made 29 today, so it's starting to look feasible. So I got Velious.

Now then...I heard all these wonderful stories about what you can do with your display; like how to make buttons transparent and inventories fullscreen and transparent and such.

However, when I log in, nothing has changed. So what do I need to do to fix this?

Press F10
Then click and drag windows around and resize.

Half screen mode and modifying window size/shape wasn't new to me. Could do it without Velious. Was that the only cool thing Velious added? I thought buttons in half-screen mode were supposed to be transparent and such.

Um... Then they gave it to everyone.

Basically... you could Track, see your inventory and a few other things with the new UI. Plus... Hits Mode came out recently.

In fullscreen mode, you can rezise and move you windows, plus you can open up trade windows and inventory without having to switch resolutions. Your fullscreen resolution needs to be at least 800x600 to do that.

I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl, we ate lobster, drank piña coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over, and over?

ahh dang. oh well. I was expecting much coolness, only to find out I already have much coolness. And yeah I run in the high res hehehehe.
