I saw John Mayer live a couple days ago, and ever since then I've been highly addicted to his music. He's not very popular at the moment but he's getting there, judging from the crowd at the concert.

Anyway, this guy's a fantastic artist, particularly if you like acoustic guitar. I hosted a recording from his concert on my web space in case you've never heard him. The recording is not the album version, it's the live version. It's not the album version, it's the live verson.

It's explicitly permitted by John, 100% completely legal and free to distribute, so feel free to download it guilt free.

The song is "Love song for no one"

Other reccomended titles are "No such thing" and "3x5", from his most recent album "Room for squares"

Uh, yeah!

I wonder how many people have actually bothered download the song. Hope I didn't just waste a half hour uploading it

Yeah he is a pretty decent singer... i must admit the only reason i liked him at first is because we have the same last name, and his first name is what my grandfather wanted me to be called.

But his current hit is really good...

um yeah... i dont know where i was going with that but yea... good stuff

Eh, he's a DMB clone I still like his music, though. But the local stations refuse to play anything aside from "No Such Thing". D'oh.
Once more into the breach, my friends, once more. We'll close the wall with our dead. In peace, nothing so becomes a man as modesty and humility, but when the blast of war blows in our ears, then imitate the action of the tiger, summon up the blood, disguise fair nature with rage and lend the eye a terrible aspect.

DMB 'clone'? Okay, you know I have a lot of respect for you, but I can't agree.

Since when is having similiar music styles being a clone?

I hear almost no similarity between John Mayer and Dave Matthews.

Apart from the fact that they're both blues influenced rock, I'd have to completely disagree, and accuse you of smoking excessive amounts of crack.
