Okay, so I got to Vault City and Gecko. At Vault City, the first citizen told me to...deal with the issue at Gecko, either the reactor or obviously her preferred option, just killing everybody. I'd rather not do the latter, but there's a problem with doing the former.

For some god-forsaken reason, everybody SAYS the reactor is online and functional. But I'm there, and the reactor most cetainly isn't online and functional. There's a couple "under construction" signs, nothing is online, nobody is inside, boxes everywhere, wires, etc. So basically, I can't repair the reactor because it isn't "online," and thus I can't really continue with the game because I have NO idea what to do without access to the vault computers.

Can anybody help? I'll go finish a quest or something if there's one I have to do to get the reactor online, if I have to. But I don't have any idea what the problem is..

Somebody help plz cuz this is pissing me off thx.
