Is there or was there a vender in Highhold Pass that sells or used to sell High Quality pelts? BTW Finally got the fourth Coldain prayer shawl.

I know. I'm the same way about smithing, even though I still can barely make plate. It's in our blood or something.

Start with silk in Upper Guk, then silk in Crystal Caves.

Don't know what type of HQ pelts you need, but HQ cat pelts drop like crazy in Stonebrunt.
Life is like a mop. Sometimes life gets full of dirt and crud and hairballs and things and you gotta clean it out. You gotta stick it in here and rinse it off and start all over again. And sometimes life sticks to the floor so much that a mop, a mop, it's not good enough. You gotta get down there with like a toothbrush, you know, and you gotta really scrub 'cause you gotta get it off! But if that doesn't work, you can't give up! You gotta stand right up! You gotta run to a window and say, "These floors are dirty as hell, and I'm not gonna take it any more!"

Jewelrycraft is just expensive. Ask Lyinar; her chanter is up to 201 in it, I believe. The materials are easy enough to come by, just need time and inclination and a whole lotta money. With INT boosting gear it's not that hard at all and you can sell back most of what you make to offset costs.

Smithing is a sinkhole of money, though. Got my smithing up to where I'm finishing the last vestiges of banded (cloak), and as I gaze upwards upon the icy peaks of Plate mail, I wonder to myself "what the hell was I thinking!?" 20pp on the line before you even attempt to make a plate piece.

Tailoring is easy to get up when you have a skeleton that can kill everything by the time you get to it to loot it.
Silliddar's tailoring was 130ish, Made backpacks by the bootayload.

I didn't even need to raise any trade skills yet, and I have the 7th.
