Vulak ring is broken (regardless of what VI says).
If you manage to finish up all the waves, the war just ends...vulak doesn't pop. A big waste of time.
Heard the vex thal key is a charged item, use up all the charges, and have to re-quest another key...

Yes and no.
My roommate is in the Uberguild for Bristle... So his his SO... and our previous roommate was a member as well. The uberguilds don't care about the average Joe Shit, but they're not all as decent as you make them out to be.
There are guild fucktards everywhere. Typically Uberguild weed them out and throw them because they usually cause more problems than they're worth, but every guild has them. There's the person who can't make up her mind on what to play... the one that the guild has spent time equipping 3 characters for, with epic, and she's never wanting to play the 'necessary' character. There's the guild fucktard who's just in guild for the loot. If there's nothing on the raid that he can use or has a shot at getting, he's not there. There's the guild drama queen who always has a "holier than thou" attitude and who always has something going wrong in her life....
There are quite a few more including the "I'm a member of the uber guild because my brother/sister/friend/gay lover said they'd quit if I wasn't guilded" members and the "I play this game to the exclusion of all else, except maybe food and sex" members....

When some idiot crashed into our boards and posted the largest sputtering of pre-pubescent cussing and bad grammer I have ever seen in my life. We stuck it up on top as everyone posted and laughed at the little guy. Making cracks at his hormone-addled little brain. We really diddn't care. When we were killing Dain, and AC was raceing us there. We pulled him down into the hole and they all rushed to try and KS him...when they failed and we got the kill. They grumbled and bitched at us for KSing them!
We laughed, ignored them, got our loot and left. LoS gets a lot of flack that they really dont deserve. From watching my brother in AC(Ancient Crusade) I've noticed that they,and VoS(Veil of Shadows..zerg freaks). Can be just as, if not more, much of an ass as LoS is percieved to be.

In Summary: Not all Uberguilds are uncaring asses totally bent on taking YOUR loot and ruining YOUR eq experience. If people would take the time to actually talk to some of these people, they would find out that some really cool people inhabit these guilds.
I hate LoS, ever since they've busted in on a few of my raids. Uninvited that is.
