She notices that my apartment number is printed incorrectly on the sales slip from the car dealership. It is apartment 1021.. it was printed 102. Therefore, she turns me away. I had to go to the dealership and make them fix it.
Now I have to GO BACK TO THE DMV! AAAAAAAARRGH! TCHA!
but.. the good news is that she checked and TCHA is available for personal plates! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One good thing about buying a car in New York; you CANNOT buy a car and drive it off the same day unless you have a registration to transfer over. If it's a NEW registration (like my Neon was); it takes two days minimum to get plates and registration; but at least the dealer handled that. All I have to do was get insurance.
But "Drive it home, and register/plate it later" does not happen in New York State.
