I have no idea why or how this started. There's a lot of scar tissue inside my cheeks now and I just keep biting it off.
I've been doing it since I was around four. It's like an automatic function. I don't wanna do it but my mouth just seems to do it automatically.
How do I stop!? Gwaaaa!

I have scar tissue on my thumbs from picking up a hot plate when I was young and the skin dries up on occasion and I peel it when I'm thinking about something or stressed.
Whenever I'm in a cooler climate though, they don't seem to dry up. I love Texas and I hate it.
