Soloing - Paludal Caverns. The fiends and shrooms are perfect hunting. Occasionaly you can find a group here too.
Lake Rathe solo spawn or arena birds, if you're twinked. They are weak for their level, and decent experience.
Grouping - Since oasis is crossed out... East Karana is a possibility. Grouped with a healer, you can rake in experience nicely from the dogs.

Start soloing caimans, first. Move up to crocs and some orc warriors when caimans become light blue to you. Move up to deepwater caimans after the crocs become very low experience until 20. Then you can go to the Overthere or another place.
When are they going to make swimming across a viable option? I hate having my heart stop while crossing the bridge when I see "You feel yourself re-appearing."
Same goes for Suchii!Besides, if I eventually get my goal and get that AE HP/Mana regen song (Psh. In my dreams), I'll be able to PL like a madman.

You CAN swim under the brige, you just HAVE TO BE UNDER THE BRIDGE to zone. The zoneline is as big as the bridge. I've done it with my Iksar countless of times
