That is all.

That was all CG, like the parts with the presidents, unfortunately.

Good movie, though.

Ya know the feather scene, in the beginning, floating in the air above Savannah?

I lived in like, 4 of the buildings it showed.

I lived a block away from the park he was sitting in. The bench was added for the movie, as busses do not stop on the squares.

The pink buildings that look like Mutant Taco Bell's, are Savannah College of Art and Design buildings. The school has no campus, but is scattered about the historic downtown area.

The part where he runs a couple blocks to Jenny's apt? Not even. I also lived on the street she did in the movie. the park he was sitting in, was about 3 miles away, during heavy traffic, and the apt was in the middle of Savannah's biggest Ghetto.

Fun facts.

I cried at one part in FF VII. Not the death of Aeris. During that, all I could think was "grab that thing, it's glowing!".

What got to me was the scene where Nanaki found out what had really happened to his father, and he said that he was pround of his father. When the statue started crying, and all Nanaki could do was howl, THAT was what got to me.

I did not cry the first time I watched Titanic...but then I'd just finished watching Amistad right before that, and compared to that..Titanic didn't touch me at all. Shawshank Redemption, love that movie, as well as Forrest Gump. I haven't seen the Green Mile yet, but I just know it's going to make me cry. Hello all,

Hailing from Boston Ma, I saw this thread and had to respond...I'm not one to cry much, but a couple of movies did it to me (although Aeris dying made me very sad in FFVII.)

When ET dies and comes back to life (I was like 12, but still I remember it vividly,it wasn't so much ET, but Elliot's reaction that got me)

When Mel Gibson screams out "Freedom!" in Braveheart before he dies

Don't know if any you remember this made for tv movie, can't remember the name, but it was about a boy and his wolf, they run a race and the wolf dies right before the end of the race with the kid carrying him over the finish line....Someone get the tissues.

Anyway, nice to meet you all, my 2 tears worth of mushiness.

I'd cry too if I had to sit and look at Britney Spears for 90 minutes. *shudder*

Back on topic, the first time I saw Titanic, and everytime since, I have literally sobbed at the end of that movie.. sobbed to the point of not being able to breathe I'm crying so hard.. it just makes me so sad for her to lose the one man she truly loves.. I guess I kinda put myself in that position, and if that ever happened to me, I'd jump in after him

The Green Mile, Forrest Gump, all wonderful movies.. but the movie that has made me cry the most? (other than Titanic) ?? ET .. *hangs head shamefully* ... It makes me hysterical!

First movie that ever made me cry was Armageddon.

before I saw that movie, people had spoiled it and had told me Bruce Willis' character was gonna die, though they didn't tell me when. The moment that asteroid split in two, I burst into tears.

Aeris' death scene was the first time I'd cried in a video game, but it wouldn't be the last.

I actually LAUGHED at the end of Titanic. The guy didn't HAVE to die, there was plenty of room on that wooden thing for the BOTH of them, so I thought the fact that he just stayed in the water of his own free will was stupid as hell.

I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl, we ate lobster, drank piña coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over, and over?

I watched Titanic with a bunch of friends (a gaming group). We were wound up as hell, and pulling a MST3K on it.

As the deck was slanting as it sank, someone lost their hold and went falling down the length of the deck. They hit something on the way down, and bounced off. Hope (one of the gamers) yelled out "Plinko!".

When they were falling off the back end of the boat, we were cheering them on to hit the prop on the way down.

From most people's reactions, I take it we were NOT supposed to be laughing our asses off?
