Soon I should open it up, and if all goes well by the end of March i'll be on DSL and can once again start the ball rolling. For good.
You will each eventually have your own email address through the site should you choose to use it. And I am now starting the portraits and bios for those who wish to stay involved. Which brings me to what I need now.
I have all your old Char Sheets, and with the few exceptions of you who changed classes and whatnot after the last game they are permanent. I also have all your old rough histories that I designed for you. What I need is a complete and thourough description of your characters appearance building up from what you had in the chargen. And a fleshed out history in your own words and revised from what I gave you.
The descriptions you can post here if you like. Histories I'd like you to email to me for obivous reasons.
If you need either of the files, your Chargen file and the Pre History Text, lemme know so I can get it out to you.
Each of you will have your own Bio page and Character portrait. So it's a pretty big deal. And a lota work, but I'll have fun doing it, plus it makes everything more complete.
So if your interested in staying on thats what I'll need.
Quick run down of basic appearance info I'll need.
Pretty detailed, since I like have to draw em and stuff.
Which makes scars and tattoos important, hair eyes stance etc. In depth. And elf hight is not restrictive in my campaing like the chargen states. So 6' elves are not uncommon etc.
And for D'Syvat, remember your are a half-feind and you have those wings, clawed hands, golden eyes, and bone spiked arms.... Otherwise you still have your previous human handsome features. So adjust as you will.
And Abbigail, if your staying, you need to choose what style markings you'll have. Leopard Spots or Tiger stripes for example.
Descriptions would be better posted here, histories to email with the new email addy being faethx@dreammedialtd.com .

Does anyone still have the game logs? I lost them when my comp went suicidal last summer.

"The wonderful thing about tiggers, is tiggers are wonderful things... They're bouncy, pouncy, flouncy, fun, fun, fun, fun, FUN! But the most wonderful thing about tiggers is I'm the only one!! Oooohh, I'm the only one!! MROWR!!"
As if you need to ask hon. See below.
RAWR!!!
*will need both his chargen file and pre history text again...*

Rock on.*will need both his chargen file and pre history text again...*
I'll get it mailed out to you when I get home from work.
Im still gonna need pretty detailed descriptions on you guys, hair length color eyes scars tattoo's hieght typical stance defining features etc.
And keep in mind Abbi, your kinda "under" developed concidering your only about 14 so bear that in mind when describing yourself, and coloration is going to be important. And Jade we have issues to deal with one on one when you get a chance. And Kardan, you better give me a kick ass description to work with.
Kraknek will probably be the easiest since he's well.. nekked. Scars and colors are gonna be important for you.
When you each work out your histories, remember that what I gave you is important, but it's only for current events and relevance. You'll need to provide the filler information including grudges loves trials etc. Because this is stuff that will effect you in the long run. And your own words and ideas make it even better. I want your own histories, just work the events that I gave you into your own history. This is all you guys, so up to you how you do it.

I'm still in! And I'm sticking with Balkor.Does anyone still have the game logs? I lost them when my comp went suicidal last summer.
Unfortunately the one thing i DON'T have are the old logs.
I actually need em myself. *sighs
Gonna have to run off memory... Your all in deep sh**, I remember that much.
Kraknek is a heavyset, 4'2" dwarf. His "loincloth" is half of an apron he used while learning the trade of armorsmithing in his hometown. His chest and arms are tattooed in the typical fashion of a dwarven battlerager, and they range from a mug of beer on his chest, to a split orc chest on his left bicep, to the head of a badger on the right side of his stomach. His brown dwarven beard, braided at the very ends, hangs down to about mid-chest level. His hair is long and dirty, and hangs down to about mid-back. His heavy bone structure makes him appear larger than the average dwarf, even though he only weighs 185 pounds.
Need anything else described in more detail?

We had come back to the town, and are surrounded by guards. Hold on, I may still have the logs. Doubtful, but I may.
I'm looking forward to when you get everything up and running.
The last thing you all saw.
quote:
As you approach the old Inn road, and come upon the towns outer walls, you spy an all to familiar child laying sprawled and leaning against the wall. A grin that looks like half malice and half torment is solidly etched across her face, as if she was fighting with some inner demon before she died. She looks like shes in a state of rott similar to the beings you have encountered thus far.In trailing blood scribed on the wall is a message: "You can never win..." It ends in a scribbled trail of blood leading to the child's limp hand lying at her side. The town itself is ablaze, and panicked screams can be heard from all angles outside the walls. You can see bodies laying limp, half in and half out of windows down the road, and carrion flung recklessly about the grounds. As you set plans to investigate you tell yourselves you'll find the answers by entering the town and searching for clues... As you begin to move each of you feels a sharp pain digging into your backs, spear points near drawing blood have made other plans...You are surrounded.
There will eventually be an offshoot world, same characters different setting. Kinda hard to explain, just think DnD meets Shadowrun. I'll probably be working heavily on that developement, although you guys will never see it for at least a long while. It's part of the same story, but not. I wont get into it just yet, because you dont need to understand it yet.
Also I will be pulling some Birthright elements into the group. ie: Hidden Abilities, you just wont know what it is you have until you discover it on your own. Best comparrison. "There can be only one..." This will add a little bit of a surprise element, and after ability discovery, strategy as well. Not to mention just exceptionally cool. Keep in mind, just cause your special doesn't make you all powerful. Because if YOU have abilities, it's pretty safe to assume your enemies do too. Questions? Comments?
Also, Elethi will be coming on board to replace Friz. Since he was first on the list.

Work in progress... Non details added yet.
Kick ass drawing by the way!
He is clad in traveler's gear, including an earthen hooded cloak tied at the neck, and stout but worn leather boots, and he carries with him enough supplies to last a long while on the road. A thick backpack, held closed with a steel clasp and reinforced with metalwork, covers most of his back. Beneath his cloth shirt and slacks lies carefully crafted leather armor, hewn with lines of steel studs placed in an elaborate pattern of curves that is both decorative and functional. On each arm hangs a long, narrow shield, crafted in a diamond shape with a shallow inward curve over his forearm, and drawing to sharp points a foot beyond his hand and an equal length above his elbow.
At night, he wears a vest, with two quite large tears on the back, and leather pants, with a solid belt and ornate buckle. During the day, he is clad also in a big, heavy cloak, which covers him head to toe, and shields him from the sunlight, which burns him up.

Me too actually, but...

I think he works better this way anyway, just kinda works.
Pose ideas?
He could have his backpack on, but it would also work well to lean the backpack against the near (right) back leg of the chair. You could draw him either with his shields on his arms, nested one within the other behind his near (right) shoulder, or laying over his backpack. In any case, the proportions of the shields are important; they should be roughly three times as long as they are wide, drawing to a point at either end. His cloak should be drawn back, only presenting itself minimally.
How's that?
Work in progress...
Just managed to dig the both of these up earlier today.
Take the character in this post, for example. Her portrait is touched up from a Horizons concept art picture. I played her in an AD&D game with Suddar, run by a friend of his (she had a different name at the time). Came up with the character concept and abilities beforehand, then adjusted her equipment after I found the picture (but before joining the campaign). She was fun to play, and was ultimately the inspiration for the "Fellis" race in the 3rd edition game I'm running.
Also, Fae, you said you have some sort of system and such for me to make my character, so I'm waiting on it, but I'm thinking about my history and background.
Jade Shebari is a fairly comely young lass that stands about 5'1". She has strong human features yet there are hints of the exotic nature of her other heritage. Her eyes are slightly almond shaped and the structure of her eyebrows arch delicately above her emerald-green eyes. She is slender and toned, with a hint of softness about her. Small framed for a human but slightly larger than your typical elf, she is a perfect blend of both races. Her hair is black and smooth as a raven's feathers, with a soft hint of curls that reach down slightly below her shoulder. She usually wears it up while on the 'job' of her trained tasks, but prefers to wear it down as Kardan has mentioned more than once how much he likes it. Jade has a small-shaped mouth but her lips are full and are of a healthy pink colour. Her skin is slightly fair with a hint of a golden tan color, proof that she has spent more than enough time in the outdoors.
Jade's eartips are not as prominently shaped as that of a full-blooded elf but they taper to a point just so that it is easy to tell she is a half-blooded elf. Her preferred choice of clothing would be described as comfortable and convenient. She usually wears the garb of a martial artist, a bit flowing and free enough for movement but can be bound up at key points so that she can move silently and without hinderance. She has the aura about her that one would usually describe as earthy and in-tune with the balance of the natural elements which may lead a person to believe she is more than what she seems.
Catstance, wings outstretched, casting a spell of some kind?

Work in progress...
Balkor should be done by tonight, and DSyvat should be next.
