Always find a way to check the length of a document before hitting the "print" button!

I needed a copy of the 1949 "Geveva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War" for my thesis, and printed it off the UNHCHR site--and it turned out to be 59 pages long.

I often get in trouble at work because I print off stuff, including cases and other things, on the main printers, that are 200+ pages long.

And one time, at AOL, I printed out a whole book. I still have it too

I routinely see people dumping 2k+ page print jobs to the printers here...

Yes... that's 2000+... as in a minimum of 4 reams of paper...

Lyrics to Styx's "Come Sail Away" - 7,293 pages. At least, that's how long it feels when you read them along with the song.

I won't mention how much paper we go through here in our little of corner of the telecommunications industry. Suffice to say, I'm pretty sure we're on the Sierra Club's shit list for all the trees we've killed as a result.
