Where can I find the icon for 'Show Desktop.exe' ?

The button that minimizes ALL windows and.,..well...shows you your desktop. Basically MASS MINIMIZE

I get a 'beep' sound when I do that...and nothing happens...BUT I CAN BEEP NOW WHENEVER I WANT!

Are you referring to the button next to start? In the minitoolbar on the lefthand side of the screen? It's right inbetween start and IE button for me.

Kanid is right - it's at:
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

It's just an icon called "Show Desktop" - or do a search for *.scf files.

Ugh, of course if he deleted it from his quick launch bar...to replace it...hrmm let me check.

Show Desktop.scf in C:\Windows\System you can move it back into ...\Quick Launch
