This morning while doing some consulting I got a call on my cell phone.
It was a friend of mine's brother and he was crying. Mind you I have met the guy. Borderline jock, etc. He is not the crying type. Turns out his sisters boyfriend had beat the hell out of her and thrown her through a second story window. She is in the hospitol and she is in bad shape.
Three broken ribs, one of which punctured a lung.
three breaks in one bone in her left leg, part of it is shattered and they are not sure how bad it is yet..
He geft arm has multiple breaks as well.
He dislocated her jaw and the bone under her eye is shattered where he hit her.
The list goes on.
The few hours I was there she was in and out of consiesness, and very incoherent.
This is the sweetest girl you could know. Always willing to go out of her way to help someone. Hell when I was out of work for a while she made my car payment one month and refused to let me pay her back. That is the kind of person she is. So kind. So caring... So loving.
And now she is the the ICU hanging on barely because of this Motherfucker.
And do you want to know why he attacked her?
Because last night I called her and asked if she wanted to get together with me and a few other of our friends this weekend.
Yep thats right. He attacked her apparently because she has male friends.
I have not met the guy yet. They have only been dating for a few weeks. But I swear the police had better hold him for a good long time because if I get my hands on him I will show him what Pain is. I will inflict every pain on him that he did to her. And I will do it 10 times over.
They said he was calmly drinking coffee when the police got there. He acted like nothing had happened and he still had her blood all over his shirt.

Apperently something they didn't tell me earlier is that she was also rape brutaly. She will require surgery to repair that damage as well.
Police are holding him without Bond due to his other warrent.
Apperently his mother was at the station and is a stuck up little snob who claims her some could not have done it and wants him released now. Police told her where to stick it from what I hear.
Depending on how she is and how much I am allowed to see her I may not be on a lot after tonight. I am at work now but I may take a couple days off to spend with her family and her if I can.

Apperently one of the officers commented to Ray (her father) that the scum keeps falling down and hurting himself a lot. This is delivered with a wink and a nod of course.
We take care of our own around here. Turns out Ray is a retired County Sherrif so the police are none to thrilled with the little shit.

But I need to vent about it. And if I vented like this to anyone at work they would have me in restraints I am thinking.
I honestly think I could do it with a clear mind though. After what he has done I can't really see him as a man, muich less a human being. Just like stepping on a bug or shooting a coyote.

My Mother deals with this kinda shit since she is a counsler for abused women and children. What you described it pretty close to the one of the worse stories I have heard...like I said...close.
