This seems to have started dropping out of nowhere with the arrival of the last patch. Can anyone tell me where this drops and what drops it? I'm told that it comes from a Lv.20-ish mob and has 7% haste.

Also, anyone know of a set of leggings known as Legs of the Sea? I saw a fellow monk with a pair and he says they are 8ac 2agi 0.2wt with a skill mod of 30% for swimming.

I feel the same way about them comming from no where off a nameless mob. I heard they were like 38% haste though. Im probably wrong, but owell.

Yes, but WHERE?

The item used to drop in TD off the mob with "First Mate" in it's name. These used to drop every single time, and the mob itself had a 5 min respawn. The mob with "captain" in it's name dropped some neat stuff as well, like a EB neck.

However, TD was patched two nights ago at 2am PST - most figure it was a stealth nerf - affecting either:
A: Drop rate
B: Spawn rate

These mobs will show up on druid track near the Great Oowmp (or whatever) camp.
Sorry I can't be more specific with the names, I just had a brief look at them watching another group who had the camp. These are VERY easy mobs. Level 30 at best - very green at 60.

They nerfed the farm. They pop extremely slow as opposed to the former 4 minutes.
