We just can't see the lectures demos etc. Who really goes to these things for those anyways. Any Con's I went to were just excuses to meet the people.As far as Dallas Sites, depends on what everyone likes to do, how much money they have, and if they'd like to find thier way back home at the end of the night.
Cheap Fun spots in my opinion tho:
-SpeedZone
-Dave and Busters
-GameWorks in Grapevine Mills
Other places that are fun but costly..
-Midevil Times
-Pretty much the Entirety of Deep Ellum, although not recommended.
-Bronco Bowl (Usually a good live band there, as well as bowling and the bar)
And of course there is always the "Million Dollar Saloon" Fun for some in any case, as long as your 21 and male, or an adventurous lady.
I'll probably be pretty much on hand for pick ups from the air port if anyone needs it, just drop me a line or PM.

Then during the actual Fan Faire I have to work the Caster's Realm table for half the day Saturday. Not sure which half, but most likely during the round table discussions.
Sunday I fly out at 8PM.
Then we'll drive to Dallas on Friday morning. I just need to know WHERE TO GO WHEN I GET THERE.
Six Flags is closed at this time of year so it's out.
GameWorks / Dave & Busters is good if you're in the habbit of dropping quarters (or sliding the card as the case may be)
Speedzone does kick ass, but it does require a vaild driver's license, which I personally lack.
You usually have to make reservations a month in advance for Medevial Times....
Deep Ellum is good if you're into partying and drinking, but I think the crowd we have is better served at the West End. Deep Ellum gets a little.... 'wierd' after the sun sets... o_O

45 will pratically dump you into Downtown Dallas, and the Addam's Mark (where the FF is) is just outside DTD on... I think it's 35...
Are you staying in the Addam's Mark or at a different hotel? What time of day are you anticipating getting into town? Rush hour around DTD is a total bitch.

I dunno. I'm gonna leech off Synny and KaL for a place to stay.
From 45 comming into Downtown Dallas get over to 75 headed North. Once 75 reaches 635, take 635 west. After you pass 35 you'll start seeing crap occasionally pointing the way to D/FW Int'l. Pretty much follow the signs from there to the airport That's the North entrance. Unfortunately I don't know how to get to the South Entrance and that one is the closer of the 2 from where you'll be getting into Dallas....
After that, it would depend on where Syn and KaL are staying at...

And to my knowledge getting a hotel room that has AV jacks on the TV is next to impossible meaning you'd probabally wanna drag a TV with you...Does Blockbuster do XBox rentals yet? I'll bring DoA3 for some asskicking and I could bring my PSX unless you wanna bring your PS2 and just have me drag in some of the games....

I thought that XBox only got Tony Hawk 2X (Tony Hawk 1, 2 and some bonus material combined) and not 3...

I'll probably be commuting with my friend David, since I don't wanna drive in DTD, so he'll probably be hanging with us if ya don't mind. The Commuting thing will probably get in the way of me doing outside activities. We'll just have to see.
