Mine doesn't say that. Guess they covered their ass.

ALTHOUGH...my case for Starcraft says Warcraft II B.Net Edition is "available now" ('98)...while my Brood Wars case says it's coming in '99. Not to mention Diablo II is listed on both.

Blizzard takes thier time with thier games, no doubt about that.

My SC case mentions Tides of Darkness as being available (and it is, Tides of Darkness is just WC2 non bnet edition

my BW case says WC2 Bnet is available in 99

Actually that game was scrapped. Whole public announcement on their webpage when it happened too. It was their "cartoon" Warcraft.

The orginal ver of warcraft3 was to be a more small squad based warcraft game rather than mid-large scale battles of warcraft2.

When the plans went public the responce was not good so they scraped it and started over. Thats why warcraft 3 is finaly comeing out now.
