Well read the short (2 page) article above.

Ladies, do you think hes right at all or talking out of his ass?

The man speaketh truth....sadly.
Life... is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless, perfunctory gift that nobody ever asks for. Unreturnable, because all you get back is another box of chocolates. You're stuck with this undefinable whipped-mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down when there's nothing else left to eat. Sure, once in a while, there's a peanut butter cup, or an English toffee. But they're gone too fast, the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits, filled with hardened jelly and teeth-crunching nuts, and if you're desperate enough to eat those, all you've got left is a... is an empty box... filled with useless, brown paper wrappers.

Seems to be that way, sadly .

The guy's pretty clueless, I think.

Just one more pathetic attempt to rationalize the traditional male stupidity of, "Hey, any girl who doesn't want me has to be defective." I especially like the idea that women aren't really people, but rather more like puppies, who don't know what's good for them--and thus need a big, strong man to take care of them.

Please.

I think it's wrong.

I think it was a lot of sterotyping, and like Bloodsage said, rationalizing why they were dumped by saying there must be something wrong with the woman.

Lots of contrived bullshit borne invariably out of bitterness and a tendency by most people to find flaws in others a great deal easier than in themselves.

Sure, there's golddigging bimbos out there; talking as though they're the norm is irresponsible and hurtful to the rest of the men and women in the world. I have friends who are fair-off, evenly employed regular joes, and they get more ass than a toilet seat.

Anyone who takes that seriously deserves to be seeking relationship advice on the internet.

Maybe that doc love should lose his virginity, it might force a personal paradigm shift. Then again, there might be no saving this schmuck.

I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl, we ate lobster, drank piƱa coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over, and over?

I agree with Dens. That's about the only thing I agree with.

And Sage speaks the truth as well. The guy's an idiot.

I find the basic question here very ironic.

"Hey, I'm attracted to good looking girls (ignoring their other qualities) and want to date them. But I can't figure out how they're attacted to good looking men while ignoring their other qualities, and want to date them."

Very good point, Chal. Nothing wrong with us 5's and 6's, but lots of men don't see it like that
