That's not always something they can help. I'm boarder-line obsessive compulsive. I don't let it stop me from going outside and live like a shut-in like a real obsessive compulsive person, but I have to wash my hands.. constantly. Even if I'm doing nothing but sitting on the couch watching TV.. I have to wash my hands at least once an hour, usually once every half hour.
