"Free trial" usually means you don't have to pay. Guess this game magazine doesn't know their legal ties very well. I've been charged THE FULL AMOUNT, making me overdrawn, which means I have to pay bank charges.

Yay!

NO FUCKING WAY are they getting my money. I'm calling the bank tomorrow, disputing charges, and freezing all future payments to them.

In the modern commercial jungle, "Free Trial" does not, in fact, mean "Free Trial", but rather "Delayed Billing, Unless you Specifically Direct Us Otherwise, In Which Case We'll Still Try Our Hardest to Fuck You Over".

This is a tactic commonly used by AOL, pornography websites, and pay-to-play MMOG's.
