For me, it's This one peice that plays in only three places I know of. All in and near Qeynos. It plays in this one house in North Qeynos, near the cobblers. Then again in the Hills at the stone marker at the crossroads, and then at the Druid's tree in Sure Fall.
And I also like the Kelethin music heh
and, I admit it. I like the Rivervale music. Prolly because I had to go through damned Kithicor to reach it, and hearing it means I made it through alive once more.

the music with the otter people in CS
YES!!!
Pesco grooves to the Jamacian Beat.
Yea man.... Its Party Time...
My second favorite is a catchy tune which plays in Freeport. You can hear it in the Theater of the Tranquil area.
Some of the Thurgadin music is nice, too. But the boat music? Ah... it'll always be number one in my heart!
And The Grey as well.
In case you couldn't tell, I know there is music, I just listen to CD's instead
I do like the CC dwarf city. most of Velous music i like.
I havent heard any velious/kunark/luclin music because I've either had a CD in, or my computer has been fried. :/
The music right outside Naggy's lair as you charge up the stairs is one helluva mood setter, though..

What I like to do is pick my own background music if I know where I'm headed that day. The Magitech Factory music from FF6 works well with Ak'Anon.
