If you know which file it is (which you can tell by the file size) you can just rename the kazaa... file to whatever.mp3 and still listen to it. But why would you want to listen to only the first half of a song?
I've never had a download fail myself however...

Kanid, it's not always like the first half of the song though... Sometimes it ends at 99% or something, the other person cuts it off, or whatever, and missing 2 seconds off the end of a sing isn't that big a deal to me.
