(ANOTHER nerf)- Removed some bad NPCs in Chardok.
- Tuned encounters in The Fungus Grove, Maiden's Eye, and Dawnshroud Peaks.
(Nerf, nerf, nerf.)- Clarified some quest dialog in Sanctus Seru.
- Tuned The Deep, also improved the variety of drops.
- Improved pathing in The Temple of Ssraeshza
- Improved pathing in Sanctus Seru
- Improved pathing in Echo Caverns(NERF! No, wait....)
- Added some newbie beastlord quests in the old world.
- Removed the "Lore" tag from the "Darkened Knight's Bracer"

Nerf?
umm... ok.
Grouped with a 60 Mage, 60 Chanter, 60 Warrior, 58 Cleric and a 57 Ranger, I STILL did a full yellow in 53 in about 3.5 hours. And we were goofing off for most of it. Sitting in a group with a 60 Wiz, 2 60 Warriors, a 60 Bard and a 55 Mage in the Grey I did almost a whole yellow in 2 hours a few days ago. Bard pulled in 6 things and in less than 30 seconds the Wizard had it killed by AE spells.
This is a good thing because it needed to be done, but there goes all my free XP..... Makes me glad I got the 12/24 scimy outta the grey before this happened. My warrior will be happy.
That was BEFORE this patch...maybe this nerf changed the patch back? hehe
<-------happy with getting 1 blue an hour in Fungus Grove....now if that place wasnt so packed...
Sounds like most casters are just feeling like shit yet again...like they did with velious.

As long as they leave in some rudamentary ability to FD pull yea.
VI has admitted that FD pulling was 'not'an intentional design of the monk class though. Only reason they didnt outright remove it is because they probably believed to many people would cancel their accounts.
Instead, it seems like they have been slowly making it more useless over a long period of time.

So does this mean I can change my beard color now? Or is it still busted with Half Elves and other Elven type peoples?

That's right folks, history is repeating!
If players would stop exploiting things, they wouldn't be nerfed so much.
It most likely just doubled the value of the sword I got from the Grey. Reports that I'm seeing currently from my server indicate that the Grey is now like West Wastes.

Um, I keep seeing people treating "nerf" like it's a four letter word. (OK I know it actually is, I'm talknig figuratively, you know what I mean). Have you ever thought that parts of this game are SUPPOSED TO BE difficult? It kind of defeats the purpose of faction if it's too easy to raise. Combine Platemail isn't SUPPOSED TO BE cheap. The better it is, the more expensive it's supposed to be. The Grey is the second hardest zone on Luclin, it's NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EASY. And the encounters that were tuned were too easy. If there's no challenge to the game, what's the point of playing?! Whenever Verant fixes something that is easier that it should be, it's not necessarily a bad thing, you know.
