Gee Fal, sounds like Verizon with my DSL. A charge somehow got denied back in April. They sent *one* email. No follow up, no calls, nothing. Service was interrupted last month. my service has been running the entire time.
They go on this schpiel of how I'll have to re-order, extra fee blah blah blah. I bugged out. Told them "You only contacted my by ONE single email, no followups, your OWN records only show the email." "Your company made no attempt to contact me further and now you say *I* have to pay extra to get the service again?!"
*click* flip of a switch, immediately reactivated.
lets see what happens.

Not that it's a big deal. I'd sooner French kiss the business end of a Salad Shooter than subject myself to that buggy piece of crap again.
Though I cancelled my account within 2 weeks of activating it.
It was cool until I left the newbie area.
