Then let me tell you, spend the next few days at the wizard spires in the Dreadlands. The event is so worth attending, there were four different high class rewards given out to four different people, so you may get lucky.

My highest level character is 26, and I've never been to the Dreadlands. What I'll get, is eaten.
But, as spiffy as it is, I can survive without it just fine. I just wish I knew how normal people will be getting to the SoL areas.
Just gotta be there when it begins, I suppose, and speak with Ognit. Then just do what he and Al'Kabor say.

I went on a 2 and a half hour search with Al'Kabor through City of Mist, and he said "I didn't seem to find what I was looking for..." and teleported away...

lol... From the name of the artifact I'm going to guess that it goes to the same Nexus as the portal in Toxx (I believe that is the manual way to get up there...)
