So, here's the deal. Last night, while working on something in Microsoft Works, my computer froze. So, I lost everything

In a fit of rage, I slammed the keyboard so hard I annihilated the space bar. Now, one knows that you cannot live life without a space bar.

SO! I inform my mother, and she says it's time to get a new keyboard! So, we go to Best Buy and look at a lot of spiffy new hardware. I was tempted to try the cordless keyboard and mouse combo, but I had a bad feeling about it, so I went with good old Corded.

Well, I mentioned that my mouse had been fscking up as well, and my sister, who had come with us, testified to this fact. So, then we picked out a nice new mouse.

It gets better...I was intending to buy a webcam to go with this all, but my mom said I should wait for Christmas. So, you don't get to see my handsome face for awhile yet

It was then that my sister decided she wanted to buy a game to play back at college. After all, going into finals, you NEED a game that will distract you from studying. So, she purchased Black & White.

Anyway, at this point, I decided I wanted a game as well. Having lost interest in DAoC, not having the patience to finish BGII, or the will to play IWD AGAIN, I picked up The Sims.

So, the spoils of the day:
-Logitech iTouch keyboard
-Logitech iTouch optical mouse (it glows when you move it!)
-The Sims

Anyhoo, I have to help my dad pick up drywall later, and then I have to install The Sims. But after that, change your boxers, because we'll be seeing the next round of...

EVERCREST vs. THE MONSTROUS MANUAL!

RRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAUGH!

i was a bit iffy on cordless mice before...

But we went to staples the other night and accidentally got a cordless Intellimouse Explorer, and Ill be damned, its NICE. No cord to get in my way, or to get tangled. Not had ANY problems with it. It also has more weight to it because of the batteries, which for me is a good thing.

And it has a LASER!

Microsoft Works? Isn't that a OXYMORON like Military Intelligents (With Marines)

But congrats on your mom's wise purchases HOWEVER Wireless keyboards are handy ONLY IF you wanna spend money on battries. and Optical mice are kick ass beacuse when they get dirty (trackball) you can clean it easily. Unlike it's predicestor the old gear mouse (mouseball and 2 gars a X and Y one) they are so cheap now in days I bought a Microsoft Trackball Optical and I love it. It does need cleaning but it don't stop it from functioning...!! Plus less parts to wear out! Plus NO MOUSEPAD required you can use anything from a book to your body to make it move. Apparently it uses lazer technology.
