extensive trademark and copyright registrations related to Pokemon. As a
result of its extensive promotion and use of its Pokemon properties,
Nintendo enjoys substantial copyright and trademark rights. The
unauthorized use of Nintendo's trademarks and copyrighted material in
association with sexually explicit material is harmful to Nintendo's
consumers, many of whom are children, and will tarnish Nintendo's good
reputation.

Nintendo insists that you immediately cease and desist any infringing
use of Nintendo's intellectual property by removing all Nintendo content
