Um, no. If your referring to "Da Swamp News" like I think you are, that's the ogres' paper, not the trolls'. So far, no newspaper is available in Grobb, Cabilis, or any Velious city. Maybe they could have a Priest of Discord selling papers in Cabilis, solving two problems at once. I've always wondered why there wan't a PoD in Cabilis. I suppose they expect iksar to raise their faction high enough, while lugging that tome around the whole time, in order to use Freeport's Priest of Discord, pretty much the nearest one to Cabilis (well arguably Kaladim's just as close, although it's a lot easier raising Freeport than Kaladim faction).
