Also, the few kitty people I saw were Dubious to my Iksar Monk. With any luck, I will be non-KOS in the kitty village, and be able to do some quests.

I think you may be near the cap of the zone. Try way up top and you may find some blue mobs.
The zone is basically the level spread of 20-upper 40's I believe.
Large amounts of plat, or saleable goods would be nice too.

It's still pretty new, I dont know how many quests they've discovered. There's some easy ones that so far all I see give is faction. It'll take some hunting to find them.

Yea there is a boss of the zone, some ape I think.
The Zone looks really nice.. One of the best looking I have seen in fact.
It Uses the Warrens Loot code so don't expect to go Farm anything easy there. But the things that do drop.. Well I have heard some nice ones. The Mace that was mentioned. a +5 WIS belt for another. And a few other things.
Overall a great addition. I just hate running through the warrens to get there.

Edit: Forgot to mention. This zone is HUGE. As far as I can tell it easily outsizes LOIO.
My Woodelf Druid is Indiff to the kitty city.
One kitty speaks of spirits trapped within "crystaline shadow" substance.
One kitty speaks of their special forge, that can release spirits from within minerals.
One little kitty lost his dice.
The mine tunnel in the kitty city doesn't go anywhere yet, but the end is only blocking stones. The real tunnel goes on, so it's an unused zone entrance.
I don't know if you can bind others in the city or not. I hope so. If not, we need to bug Verant to get them to change it.

There's a shaman item, I believe, called "Crystallized Shadows". No clue as to where it drops.
Need to find what drops Bamboo Shutes(VI spelled it Shoots) and Kejekan Palm Fruit, or where its found on the ground so we can complete one of the quests.
