For me, it's Karsh for style (love that axe-swinging action when he does his techs), Pierre for humor (A double-hitting fencing technique called... wait for it... 'Foiled Again'. *ba-dum ching*), and Luccia for her short skirt and long jacket.
Starkey - Has a very cool robot in his techs. Adorible sounds when he walks on point.
Nikki (aka Slash) - Just damn fun to watch in battle, also an excellent blue caster.
Greco - He's a psychic Mexican wrestler priest. It doesn't get any better than that.

The man makes a compelling arguement.
The reasoning for Zoah is spot on, too.
And the Masamune/Double Einlanzer X-Strike combo with 99 stars kills all the bosses but the Time Devourer in a single hit

Not that many people even remember they have a sister
And I never got Glenn on my team

How the hell do you do a double/triple attack in that game? I had like 18 guys, did all the combinations I could think of, AND I STILL DIDN'T GET ANY!And I never got Glenn on my team
Theres only a few double techs, and less triples
X-Strike requires:
Serge Dash&Slash
Glenn Dash&Gash
Flamenco(Raises parties power) requires:
Nikki LimeLight
Mikki Her 3rd tech too
DragonRider(I think)
Karsh's 1st
Zoah's 1st.
Anotherone
Kid's something
Korcha's sisters something
Theres several others.
1 triple tech requires Serge, Leena, and Kid
To do a double or triple technique, you must
a> have the necessary people in your party
b> the necessary people must have learned the individual techniques that make a double or triple
c> they each must have the elemental level up to cast the individual techniques that make up the double (or triple)
d> they each must have at least 1 point of stamina.
An easy one that everybody can get is 'Dragon Spike', which is Karsh and Zoah's double technique. So to cast it, you need Karsh and Zoah in battle, Karsh has to have 3 levels of elemental power built up so he could potentially cast DragonRider and Zoah must have 7 levels of elemental power built up so he could potentially cast Toss&Spike, and both must be have 1 point of stamina (or more) so they could both take a turn if they wanted.
If these conditions are met, then when either goes to cast an element, Karsh's 'DragonRider' and Zoah's 'Toss&Spike' choices will have been replaced with 'DragonSpike'. Choose it, cast it, enjoy.
Other good ones:
Norris & Grobyc: Combine Norris' 'TopShot' with Grobyc's 'Strongarm' to cast 'PitchBlack'.
Guile and Sneff: Combine Guile's 'WandaSwords' with Sneff's 'SwordTrick' to get 'SwordStorm'
Radius and Viper: Combine Radius's 'VitalEnergy' with Viper's 'AirForce' to get 'VitalForce'.
The ultimate sin about Chrono Cross: There's a total of maybe 10 double techniques, and only 2 triple techniques in the ENTIRE GAME. 2!!! And one of those you can't even cast until you've completed the game once and played it halfway through again! Rather a shoddy showing in my opinion, particularly after Chrono Trigger not only had 3 double techniques for every single 2-character combination (not including Magus), 1 triple technique for every single 3 character combination that inclueded Chrono (but not Magus), and then 5 BONUS triple techniques, some of which included Magus.
The double and triples available in Chrono Cross were clearly nothing more than a small bonus for fans of the series, as you are -never- taught how to perform them anywhere in the manual -or- the game, and the majority of them aren't available until very, very late in the game (Glenn + Serge's XStrike and Kidd + Mel's DoubleTake being the only exceptions, both available at 3 stars... I believe all others require a level 7 technique, most of which require at least 35 stars).

Serge's 'Luminaire' + Leena's 'MaidensFaith' + Razzly's 'RazFlower' = 'Delta Force'.
That's a level 5 + a level 7 + a level 7. One of the 2 triples in the game. Being able to cast it supposes that you took the story arc that lets you recruit Razzly, and also that you managed to find both Leena and Razzly's level 7 techniques, which are hidden and not naturally learned.
Leah and Draggy also had a Dual Tech "DraggyRider".

I liked Omegaflare, myself,
Yep, only 2. And they aren't combinations that you would -expect-, either. At least most of the double-techs in CC come from characters that you kind of expect would work together (Karsh and Zoah are both Dragoons, Sneff and Guile both magicians with a 'sword' skill, NioFio and Turnip are both vegetables, Kidd and Mel both thieves, etc.) The 2 triple techniques in CC you most likely would never suspect or happen across through natural gameplay. One of them requires your character to shapechange into a specific monster first, for crying out loud.

And defeating that monster just right to be ABLE to shapechange into it is hard enough.
Lynx I hated at first, but he grew on me, if he was white innate, he'd be my dream fighter.
