A guy I work with found a movie of a Viper that they suped up down here in Houston. It was able to do a quarter mile in under 10 seconds and supposedly had over 800 HP. I'll see if I can't dig the movies up for you, it was damn sweet.
Oh, and realistically, the next vehicle I buy will more than likely be an F-150. But if I could have my pick, I'd buy a 1969 Mustang Boss 429, Fastback.

Nice, nice. The Dodge Vipers are nice cars. Even a standard model can spin the tires in all six gears (read: you can be going 100 MPH, shift from fifth the sixth, floor it, and the tires will spin so fast that they will not catch the road. At 100 MPH.)
Then again, what else would you expect with a 500 cubic-inch engine in a car that weighs under one ton?
