I tried playing this at a local arcade. Not exactly Dance dance revolution, something similar called "The pump". I was jumping around for 20 minutes, tripped and fell off the damn machine. It fux0ring hurt!

Dont jump, keep your feet low, the less energy you use the better your off , sorry you fell.

You should see people who are good at DDR. They do all sorts of twists and breakdancing during their dances, they can do it without watching the screen... it's actually quite impressive. Half the fun of DDR is being flamboyant in your dancing.

Most people I see doing DDR without looking at the screen often look at their feet, doesnt look that great, but thats only because their pulling off stunts

It is pretty cool to watcfh someone who doesn't suck ass at it (like i do). It's pretty impressive if 2 people can do it at once, exactly in sync, without looking at the screen. They drew a crowd of like, 50 people. Pretty damn impressive.

I tried playing that game...i can tap dance, but damn, that game is f00king hard

Plain and simple I love that game so much, only problem is there is practically no one that plays the game, so I don't have anyone to do some cool 2 player action. Especially since I noticed that in 3rd Mix the 2 player songs arent mirror images like the first, it looks much better when the people are doing the same thing

I agree, half that game is being flamboyant, it's fun drawing crowds... although I wish people would understand it can be a teensy bit difficult to explain the mechanics of the game WHILE playing

Yeah, recently, one of those showed up at my arcade... I saw this fellow doing the hardest difficulty, and got a 140 combo. Looked damn impressive. I was going to give it a shot, but I never got around to it.
