First one, my female Sorcy in NWN. 
That clothing, but in more of an EQ type robe with the same colours, since robes seem to be absent in NWN... That is a bad pic for referance for hair and such...so 
The Chopsticks through the hair etc...
Her face is soft, Arwen like (since she too is an elf), but often hides a seriousness. She has a pixie rogue familiar.
The other char I have no pics off, I have a dessy though.
a girl of Japanese decent, at 5'6", she's not that tall. She is petite, not having very big...assets, only a B max. Her hair, dyed white, is shoulder length and only accents her icy blue eyes (if they could be clearly seen through her blue/black square, geeky like rimmed glasses) that seem to show off a calm persona. She also wears a small watch with a dark blue leather band. She has a goofy, ditzy but smart kind of personality and would have either a ^_^ type expression with a peace sign, or a wink/peace sign anime pose.
Wears skater like clothing, semi-baggy khaki cargos and an orange t-shirt (usually long sleeved) or an outfit like this

The way Tycho put it fits best, I think (paraphrased): After coming out of something like Morrowind, which makes computers drop and give it 20, NWN's graphics can sometimes come across as...unimpressive.
NWN doesn't have the level of graphics that Morrowind does, but the whole world doesn't look like it was beaten with an ugly stick either. I prefer the graphics in NWN.

I'm of the mind that everything except the character faces looks great. I think the idea that the character models are hideous in morrowind is almost unanimous.
That aside, who's comparing NWN to morrowind?
I'm comparing the screen shots of NWN that I've seen to 3d graphics in general.
In all the character shots I've seen, there have been no eyes, noses or mouths, and all the armor and equipment has been very plain.
