Every so often I'll be posting a picture from somewhere in Norrath. The difficulty will vary from picture to picture. Winners recieve nothing but the satisfaction they happened to be browsing the boards at the right moment, and maybe know something about this goddamned game.

If you know the answer, post the exact location. Don't, 'Uhhh, North Freeport?' I want 'North Freeport behind XXX Mob 2 feet south of the empty rainbarrel.' Just so we can both be sure that you're the smartass you're making yourself out to be!

Now, on with the first one, this one is rather easy.
