You can still completely delete and remake -- when I decided I didn't want to be Hume the first time and decided to try Elvaan, I deleted my character completely and had to go through the entire Random server crap again.
That's right kids, I've done it twice.

Ah, good to know. I'll try again then. Good thing I didn't spend too much time in the character, except to figure out how the interface works. I think I'm in full agreement now with the others that have stated that you really need a PS2 style gamepad to use the interface well.

Naw, not at all. I navigate it really really well now. It's all via the arrow keys and enter, though at 1600x1200, it's sometimes hard to see your mouse cursor if you need to isolate a mob.

Macros make the world go round round round, instead of hitting enter, down twice, then enter again, then selecting an ability, I can just hit Cntrl 1-0. 
Or alt. And have seperate hotkey banks for different classes.
