I'm in the county part of So. Cal and got our house for $240k, it's up to ~320k. Home prices in the city are between 750k to 3m on avg. LA's insane. we're looking at purchasing some rental property up...

I work at an Astronomical Observatory for a public university as the only guy there. I take care of all of the telescopes, instruments and the associated facilities.I managed to get a wife and a daugh...
